Executive Team: Founding
members are Stuart Hayman, President and Manager of the Ft. Lauderdale
office, and Jacobo Bercovici, Vice President and Manager of the Puerto
Rico office. In 1999, Dawn Cerbone joined as Director of Marketing,
bringing a wealth of experience to the company from fifteen years in the
Air Ambulance industry. Stuart Hayman and Dawn Cerbone are both pilots
having obtained their BSc in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle
Aeronautical University, and Jacob Bercovici obtained his MBA from the
Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science.
Staff:
- Full time administrative office staff
- Full time Captain and First Officers
- Full time medical staff includes Chief
Medical Director, Chief Flight Nurse and Chief Respiratory Therapist.
Training:
All medical personnel must have a minimum
5 years experience upon hiring with annual recurrency training. Pilot
initial training program includes stressors of flight, aviation physiology
and recurrent simulator training. All staff complete the following:
Department of Transportation Aviation Physiology; National Standards
curriculum as well as maintaining current training in CPR, ACLS, PALS and
TNCC. |
